Refunds, assessment, conduct, complaints and appeals, and how support works sit in the current handbook — not in marketing pages. Enrolment terms in the handbook prevail if they differ from website copy.

This page does not host an unofficial PDF. Students receive the current handbook with their enrolment. If you cannot open it, call 1300 100 284 or use the support form.
Before you enrol
Have a USI ready, read the course page for units and delivery, and pick a class date on the course page. Completing a course does not guarantee a licence or a job.
If something goes wrong in class
Complaints and appeals follow the handbook process. Email enquiry@atiaustralia.edu.au or call 1300 100 284. We aim to acknowledge issues promptly and fairly.
