Frequently Asked Questions
In Australia, Justices of the Peace (JPs) offer services on a volunteer basis. Primary duties include certifying true copies, witnessing statutory declarations and affidavits, and acknowledging signatures. JPs are appointed by the Governor of their state or territory — training does not guarantee appointment.
Most of our courses are accredited and nationally recognised. These can be identified by a course code on their respective page. Non-accredited courses give you basic knowledge of the industry you’re considering.
Recognition of Prior Learning is offered for some courses. An RPL amount appears only when aXcelerate publishes it on that course. If you are unsure, contact us.
